The municipal property of the city includes:

Various programs of constructing pedestrian zones and zones of higher comfort, as well as connecting the street-road network of St. Petersburg to the beltway are being implemented in the city. Within the framework of the Bright City program, the work on creating artistic lighting of bridges is being carried out.
Air transportation The Pulkovo Airport

- The Pulkovo-2 airport is intended for servicing international flights. The total area of the terminal building is 19,740 m². The passenger capacity is 1,200 passengers per hour.
- In 2002, Pulkovo serviced over 2 million passengers, including around 900,000 passengers of international airlines.
